Joshua Hartigan has walked in your shoes. As the former owner of multiple small businesses, he successfully navigated the challenges of growth, transition, and exit. Later, he worked with large corporations and in private equity, overseeing operations, mergers, and acquisitions. That experience revealed two truths: the strategies big investors use to maximize value, and how easily local wealth can be pulled away from the communities that created it.

Today, Josh has returned to Main Street with a clear purpose: to give business owners the tools, insights, and expertise they need to maximize their wealth and preserve their legacy—while keeping ownership and profits local.
